The unloading time for a 1 yard order of concrete is a maximum of 30 minutes. For orders over 1 yard, the unloading time can extend up to 1 hour. If the allotted time expires, overtime fees may be charged at 15-minute increments. A minimal one-yard charge per order applies, and a short load fee will apply to orders under 5 yards. Delivery fees are mileage-based. Order requests outside of standard delivery hours (Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm) will require at least 72 hours' notice in advance. Please note that orders outside of standard delivery hours may not have backup truck availability, so ensure you order enough for your project when scheduling.
We understand that projects can change, and we request at least 4 hours' notice for delivery cancellations. Weather-related cancellations can be made within 2 hours of the scheduled delivery time. A no-pour fee will be assessed if you do not take delivery of our Site-Mix concrete truck. You will be responsible for the Readi-Mix concrete truck order if it has been batched.
Our volumetric mixer trucks weigh as much as traditional drum mixers and can potentially cause damage to existing driveways (asphalt or concrete), lawns/landscaping, and buried lines/tanks. It's essential to consider and mitigate potential risks when planning deliveries.
All orders, whether for concrete or bulk material, are designated for street curb delivery. The homeowner or contractor assumes full responsibility for any damage occurring inside the curb by signing a waiver, ensuring clear acknowledgment of responsibility for potential damages during the delivery process.
We accept cash, check, or credit card payment at the time of delivery. Established accounts may be eligible for invoicing.
