CONCRETE DELIVERY INFORMATION

Maximum yardage

Our Ready-Mix trucks each carry up to 10 cubic yards of concrete. The truck chutes provide an approximate reach of 18 feet, with a maximum discharge height of 2 to 3 feet.

Unloading time

To help keep deliveries on schedule, the following unloading times apply:

  • Orders of 1 yard or less: Up to 30 minutes
  • Orders over 1 yard: Up to 1 hour

Additional unloading time will be billed in 15-minute increments.

Additional Fees

A 1-yard minimum charge applies to all concrete orders, and a short load fee applies to orders under 5 yards. Delivery fees are based on mileage. Please contact us for current pricing.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Our standard delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Deliveries requested outside of normal business hours require a minimum of 72 hours' notice and are subject to availability. Please note that after-hours deliveries may not have backup truck availability, so it is important to order enough concrete to complete your project.

We understand that schedules can change. We ask that cancellations be made at least 4 hours before your scheduled delivery. Weather-related cancellations may be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Once your concrete has been batched and loaded onto the truck, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.

Delivery Access & Property Responsibility

Concrete and bulk material deliveries are made to the street curb unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

If you request that our trucks travel beyond the curb or onto your property, a signed waiver is required before delivery. Our trucks are heavy commercial vehicles and may cause damage to asphalt and concrete driveways, sidewalks, curbs, lawns, landscaping, septic systems, underground utilities, irrigation systems, decorative pavers, and other concealed or surface improvements

By authorizing access beyond the curb, the homeowner and/or contractor accepts full responsibility for any resulting damage.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of delivery. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Established commercial accounts may qualify for invoicing upon approval.

IF YOU COMBINE EVERY TON OF STEEL, WOOD, PLASTIC AND ALUMINUM USED IN CONSTRUCTION AROUND THE WORLD, YOU STILL WOULDN'T EXCEED THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF CONCRETE.
