SITE-MIX

  • Our trucks can produce approximately 10 yards each depending on the specific mix.  Over 30 yards, please expect a wait time in between.
  • Our truck chutes can reach approximately 15 feet and the highest it can reach is approximately 3-4 ft.
  • Our trucks can produce a yard in approximately 2 minutes.

READI-MIX

  • Our trucks each carry 10 yards.
  • Our truck chutes can reach approximately 18 feet and the highest it can reach is approximately 2-3 ft.

DELIVERY

  • The unloading time per truck is one hour, if the allotted hour expires, additional fees may be charged at 15-minute increments.
  • There is no short load fee; but a minimal one-yard charge per order applies.  For more detailed pricing information, please feel free to give us a call.
  • Delivery fees are zone-based.  Evenings, weekends, and holidays are also available.  For more detailed pricing information, please feel free to give us a call.
  • Evening/weekend deliveries and buggy services require at least 24-hour advance scheduling, while holiday deliveries and buggy services must be scheduled 72 hours in advance. 
  • Evening/weekend deliveries 4.75 yards or less will be scheduled with a Site-Mix truck only.  Orders 5 yards or more can either be scheduled with a Site-Mix or Readi-Mix truck.
  • Evening/weekend deliveries will not have back up truck availability so please ensure that you order enough for your project when scheduling the Readi-Mix truck.   Site-Mix trucks will have approximately 2 yards extra with most orders.
  • We understand that projects can and do change, and we request at least 4 hours' notice for delivery cancellations.  Weather related cancellations can be made within 2 hours of the scheduled delivery time.  A no-pour fee will be assessed if you do not take delivery of our Site-Mix truck.  You will be responsible for the Readi-Mix truck if it has been batched.
  • Our volumetric mixer trucks weigh as much as traditional drum mixers and have the potential to cause damage to existing driveways (asphalt or concrete), lawns/landscaping, and buried lines/tanks, etc.  It's essential to consider and mitigate potential risks when planning deliveries. 
  • All orders, whether for concrete or bulk material, are designated for street curb delivery.  The homeowner or contractor will assume full responsibility for any damage occurring inside of the curb by signing a waiver.  This ensures clear acknowledgment of responsibility for potential damages during the delivery process. 
  • We accept cash, check, or credit card payment at the time of delivery.  Established accounts may be eligible for invoicing.

IF YOU COMBINE EVERY TON OF STEEL, WOOD, PLASTIC AND ALUMINUM USED IN CONSTRUCTION AROUNDT HE WORLD, YOU STILL WOULDN'T EXCIEED THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF CONCRETE.
